From route #95 - Take Exit 57, Route 113.  Follow Route 113 East.  You will be on a tree-lined residential street heading towards Newburyport for about 2 miles.  Turn left at flashing yellow light onto Green Street - a one-way street.  Stay in the right lane on Green Street and follow straight to the bottom.  Take a right and a quick left into the Municipal parking lot.  There is a charge now to park in the Municpal lot.  Just go to the kiosk in either lot.  Charges begin at 8:00 AM, so if your charter is 6:00AM to 3:00PM, the charge is $.50 an hour starting at 8:00 AM and the amount to pay to park would be $3.50.  The Erica Lee II is docked in front of the Black Cow Restaurant.  Trouble finding us?  Call Capt.
