On Saturday, August 2nd, we had 16 very experienced anglers aboard the Erica Lee II.  Fishing  was difficult that day because of the tide - we had surface currents and bottom currents going in opposite directions.   We had no wind and could not use the parachute.  We couldn't drift and had a hard time anchoring.  Now for the good news:  We had very few dogfish and ended with 59 fish for the day - not bad considering the conditions and the other boat reports heard about...

Our catch was a mix of cod and haddock with a 12-lb cod taking the pool.
